At the base of three volcanoes Rincon, Miravalles, and Tenorio, Rio Perdido is a privately-owned 600 acre natural playground. Local Tip: This area is home to a delightful Costa Rican treat, rosquillas, you'll see signs along the way. Tico families often eat rosquillas around the Easter holidays. They are often enjoyed with a cup of coffee.
